How do I configure my modem/router?

With our modem/routers there is no configuration needed from you as we do all of that in-house so all you have to do is plugin and enjoy super-fast internet.

What is the benefit of Dual Band Wi-Fi?

The 2.4GHz Wi-Fi frequency was developed initially, 5GHz Wi-Fi is more recent. As 2.4GHz is older, more devices use this frequency, making it more likely to suffer from interference. 5GHz is less prone to interference as there are less 5GHz devices, but not all phones support the 5GHz frequency. As 2.4GHz is stronger and has more oomph, it has a longer range than 5GHz. You can switch between these two frequency bands in the Wi-Fi Settings menu on your device.
