What happens after I Sign Up? Expand

Place and pay for your NBN order on our site. We’ll then credit an amount back to you once your service goes live, because you only pay from the connected date.

Then what? Expand

We’ll let you know either the same day or the following morning when your connection date is. This is set by the NBN technicians.
We’ll also ensure your new modem gets sent out to you if you added it to your order.

Once the service is connected is there anything else I need to do? Expand

Just plug in your modem (you’ll need configure the username and password in your modem if it is NOT one of our modems).

– Service Transfers usually happen same day.
– New Connections can take from a few days to 2 weeks – just depends on how busy the NBN™ techs are in your area.
