Place and pay for your NBN order on our site. We’ll then credit an amount back to you once your service goes live, because you only pay from the connected date.

We'll let you know either the same day or the following morning when your connection date is. This is set by the NBN technicians.
We’ll also ensure your new modem gets sent out to you if you added it to your order.

Just plug in your modem (you'll need to configure the username and password in your modem if it is NOT one of our modems).

- Service Transfers usually happen same day.
- New Connections can take from a few days to 2 weeks - just depends on how busy the NBN™ techs are in your area.

If you already have an NTD/NBN Box installed in your premises or have an existing FTTN/FTTB/FTTC connection with another provider, there is a good chance you will be connected within one to two working days!

Of course the NBN needs to be available in your area and at your address to get a connection set up. Ask us to Service Qualify the address if you are not too sure.

If your address is NBN ready, first time NBN connections take approximately 2 weeks. Give or take. This timescale is dependant on the workload of the NBNCo contractors rolling out the NBN in your area.

Check with us if the NBN is available at your new pad. If it is…great! A new order will need to be placed with us to get the ball rolling again. Please note that you cannot transfer your current NBN connection to another address as each address uses different infrastructure. It is simply a new order again.

If you have an existing NTD box (white NBN box inside), then we can connect you remotely.

If no box yet...we will organise this installation as part of the order. Takes about 2 to 8 weeks depending on how busy the NBN™ contractors are in your area.

Signup on our site but don’t cancel your existing service yet. We’ll take it from there and keep you in the loop as to what to do next.

Once you are connected with us, you can then call or drop your old ISP an email to let them know you have cancelled.

This can get a little tricky.

If we supply the Modem/Router you don't need to worry about any of this.

Supplying your own device...

For FTTP, FTTH and FTTC NBN - a router is fine. But if you already have a modem, most modems will work too (they need to have a WAN port).

For FTTN/FTTB NBN - you need a compliant nbn™ FTTN/FTTB VDSL2 Modem/Router, because FTTN (Fibre to the Node) and FTTB (Fibre to the Basement) both use the copper line in your building and you need to plug this into your VDSL2 modem.

Please check with us if you're unsure about your modem as not all VDSL2 modems work with NBN.

Generally speaking, yes you need a modem or router. You want to use Wi-Fi. To get Wi-Fi, you need the functionality of a Router with a Wi-Fi network so you can connect to it from any device in the building.

But technically, you don't always need a router.

If you have an NTD (Network Termination Device) on your wall, supplied by the NBN, then you can connect your computer directly to this box. It would need to be connected with a network cable. And this will limit you to only the one machine connecting to it and it would mean you have no Wi-Fi. It is not a good option.

Yes you can as long as it has a WAN port (sometimes referred to as an Internet or Fibre port), or a LAN port that the manufacturer states can be used as a WAN/Internet port.

For standard NBN (FTTH and FTTP) you only need a Router.

You don’t need a Modem, but if you already have a compatible Modem then you can use it. But you may need to change the configuration from “DSL” to “PPPoE”.

For FTTN/FTTB it will most likely NOT work and you will probably need to get a new VDSL2 Modem.

Yes certainly. Once you have your internet connection active with us, you can run any VOIP service over it.

You pay the pro-rata fee until the 27th of the month and we refund any unused days...once your service is Activated.

This credit amount will then automatically be deducted from your next invoice.

• The 27th is our monthly billing date for your service
• Your service may take between "24hrs" up to "3 weeks" depending on your location, we'll keep you informed along the way

The only major thing you need to know now is that if it is found your address is FTTN or FTTB, then there could be an additional copper setup cost.
