Service Class 0
This location will be serviceable by Fibre to the Premises (FTTP). Not ready yet.
Service Class 1
This location is serviceable by fibre, however no Premises Connection Device (PCD) "external box" or Network Termination Device (NTD) "internal box" is installed yet. NewSprout will setup an appointment for you to get your final connection.
Service Class 2
This location is serviceable by fibre, however only the Premises Connection Device (PCD) "external box" is installed. No Network Termination Device (NTD) "internal box" is installed yet. NewSprout will setup an appointment for you to get your final connection.
Service Class 3
The location is now serviceable by fibre. Both the Premises Connection Device (PCD) "external box" and the Network Termination Device (NTD) "internal box" are installed. You can order a service and we can activate it within a few days.
Service Class 4
The location is planned to be serviceable by Fixed Wireless. Not ready yet.
Service Class 5
The location is now serviceable by nbn™ Fixed Wireless. No antenna or NTD in place yet. NewSprout will setup an appointment for you to get your final connection.
Service Class 6
The location is now serviceable by nbn™ Fixed Wireless. The antenna and NTD are installed. You can order a service and we can activate it within a few days.
Service Class 7
The location is planned to be serviceable by satellite. NewSprout do not currently offer satellite services.
Service Class 8
The location is serviced by satellite (Dish/NTD not installed). NewSprout do not currently offer satellite services.
Service Class 9
The location is services by satellite (Dish/NTD installed). NewSprout do not currently offer satellite services.
Service Class 10
The location is planned to be serviceable by copper (FTTN or FTTB). Not ready yet.
Service Class 11
The location is serviceable by nbn™ copper (FTTN or FTTB). Lead in and jumpering is still required to be done by nbn™ before we can connect you. While you wait, please ensure that internal cabling is in place as well as the conduit. Electricians may need to complete internal cabling. For Fibre to the Basement (FTTB), you will need to ensure nbn™ have access to the communications room (i.e. a key or lock). An internal copper line running from the communications room to the apartment needs to be in place.
Service Class 12
The location is serviceable by nbn™ copper (FTTN or FTTB) and a service can be ordered. We will provide an activation date once we receive it. The activation appointment is usually for jumpering only. The technician will not attend the premises and will perform required work at the node.
Service Class 13
Jumpering has been performed and the connection is nbn™ ready. Connections do not require any technician appointment and activation can take a few days.
Service Class 20
The location will be serviceable by the HFC network.
Service Class 21
The location is serviceable by HFC but has no lead-in or NTD in place.
Service Class 22
The location is serviceable by HFC, has a lead-in, but no wall-plate/socket or NTD installed.
Service Class 23
The location is serviceable by HFC, with a lead-in and wall-plate in place but no NTD installed.
Service Class 24
The location is nbn™ ready for HFC with a lead in, wall-plate, and NTD installed. You can order a service and we can activate it within a few days.
Service Class 30
The location will be serviceable by FTTC.
Service Class 31
The location is serviceable by FTTC, but does not have a lead-in yet.
Service Class 32
The location is serviceable by FTTC, has a lead-in, but is not yet connected.
Service Class 33
The location is serviceable by FTTC is connected and ready, but an NCD (nbn™ device) is still required.
Service Class 34
The location is connected to the FTTC network. No appointment needed for transfer. You can order a service and we can activate it within a few days.
